The Brief
Final Pixel are a global creative studio with offices in London, New York and Los Angeles. They specialise in the innovative technology of end-to-end Virtual Production for Film, TV and Advertising. Their team blends realistic 3D worlds with real-world sets to create photo-real, cinematic environments - all filmed in real-time. Final Pixel got in touch with us as their current website was long past its sell-by date and wanted something slicker, simpler and more organised. The new site positions them as a global leader in Virtual Production, showcasing their expertise and creative flair, as well as the breadth of their services.

Our Approach
One of the main goals for the design was simplicity, so we kept the layouts of the various sections un-fussy and to the point. Instead of background images and colours, we used a simple, fixed star-field background. It creates a sense of depth whilst keeping the load time down and the content clear. As they are a production company, we used short video loops for the mouse-hovers on all their projects as well as large image carousels to show off their BTS photography. We chose Webflow for the Content Management System (CMS). This helps to keep load times down to a minimum and gives the client an easy to use interface for when they want to add or update their projects.
