We crafted a brand new website for Box To Box, an Emmy® award-winning production company
Box To Box is an Emmy® award-winning production company specialising in high-end feature documentaries and series. They pride themselves on their ability to turn raw material into dynamic, dramatic narratives.
With their films at the centre of a revolution in filmmaking, the Box To Box team continue to produce compelling and narrative-driven content using never-seen-before footage and unprecedented access with thoughtful, insightful storytelling that challenges the norms of the traditional documentary format – both in the sports world and beyond.
In early 2023, they approached us to redesign their website. The objective was simple: position Box To Box as pioneers in production, showcasing their groundbreaking work in an impactful way.

Our Approach.
Tasked with showcasing their industry-leading work and credentials, we got straight to designing their new website. Early on we decided that Box To Box’s portfolio of work should be centre stage. This came through in virtually every aspect including design, imagery as well as video. Opening onto a full-screen view of their showreel, their new homepage tells a clear story of unparalleled creativity.
To bring this through into the rest of their site, we introduced a range of creative details such as scroll interactions and short video loops as hover states. The undisputed showstopper piece is the dropdown menu, as it’s less of a dropdown menu and more of an interactive wheel. Taking their logo as inspiration, we created branded moments on each page, tying everything neatly together.
