Goodman Masson are a pioneering recruitment company specialising in Finance and Technology in the cities of London, New York, and Dusseldorf. Their philosophy is to not only hire talent for top companies, but also how these companies keep them and build successful teams. Their knowledge of the workplace, and innovative data algorithms give unique insight into their RPO offering, advising on working environment, employer brand, talent mapping, and diversity. The initial challenge was to quickly and effectively showcase the two sides of the business structure. We achieved this by creating a split screen homepage where clients can either journey ‘Recruitment’ side, or ‘RPO Solutions’ side. The subsequent user journeys were then related to each offering, with simple top line messaging, call to actions to enquire, case studies and insight articles in support. At anytime the user can use the main take-over navigation to also access the rest of the website content including ‘Job Search’ (integrated with Broadbean API), ‘About Us’, and an inspiring ‘Work For Us’ area which explains the ‘5 Pillars’ development program Goodman Masson offer to all their employees.
Europe & USA
Style wise, we retained the brand colours of yellow and black, but looked to use them in brief touches, which helped keep the established brand but also gave room to make the lifestyle images the main focus. These images are of people from all walks of life and all ages, and represent the fact that Goodman Masson hire and develop teams of people nat all stages in their careers. The font selection and layout was very editorially inspired, looking to create a platform that was easy to digest, great to look at, inspiring and professional.
