We designed a beautiful new website for Luxmill, a modern, high class building in Luxembourg.
Luxmill is a modern, luxury real estate in the heart of Belval, combining carefully selected facilities accessible to everyone of all ages. The complex, opening in 2021, provides accommodation, shops, restaurants, offices, a health centre, a conference centre and co-work facilities.
They believe that a balanced lifestyle is crucial for anyone’s health and happiness, this is why Luxmill is also known as The Wellbeing Factory, with a mission to provide the best working and living environment for their guests.
We were approached to design a website that reflects the benefits of living at Luxmill and the industrial history of the Belval area.
Our team also produced a showcase video capturing the philosophy of this real estate complex. It explains what makes both the building, surrounding area, and country of Luxembourg unique. The narration by the legendary actor Steven Berkoff (Beverly Hills Cop/Octopussy) was recorded at Voice Over Soho.

Our Approach
The website aims to promote Luxmill’s modern approach to living, whilst aesthetically reflecting the industrial history, geological landscape, and steelworker heritage of the Belval Site.
The dotted texture and watercolour elements are used to bring through this idea and are included to juxtapose the playful illustrative style initially discussed with the client.
A key feature, and a requirement from the client, was the interactive building of Luxmill that allows users to click on the different floors of the building and find the location of the facilities. The website and video are a good balance between the industrial, professional and fun aspects of Luxmill.
