Since 2005, they’ve been enhancing the retail presence of international brands through design, POP displays, and digital solutions. With a new USA office and expanded omnichannel offerings, ISI Global needed a website that reflected their growth, expertise, and fresh brand identity.
They came to us for a design that would stand out, resonate with mature global brands, and serve as a flexible platform for ongoing digital marketing. Their old website didn’t match their evolving business, so they needed a design that was more aligned with their new direction.

We were tasked with creating an industry-leading website that would excite, inform, and convert clients, while also providing the marketing team with the tools for future growth. The challenge was to improve the user experience, bring their refreshed brand to life, and drive lead generation. Our key goals were to:
We carried out SEO keyword research and optimisation, considering SEO from the very beginning to inform the sitemap, information architecture (IA), UX, and content strategy. We also set up Google Analytics and Tag Manager to track site performance and ensure continuous improvement.
For the website design, we went with a black-and-white base to keep it clean, modern, and professional, incorporating playful pops of ISI Global’s new yellow accent colour ‘Volt’ where it counted to highlight key sections and adding visual interest. The clever mix of serif and sans serif fonts strikes the perfect balance between maturity and creativity, while section copy that appears as you scroll invites engagement and draws you deeper into the content. It’s design that’s not only visually striking but designed to keep users hooked.
We introduced ‘Pathed’ Graphics inspired by ISI Global’s refreshed logo, symbolising the customer journey and reflecting their end-to-end retail design services. These graphics play an important role in visually guiding visitors through the site, providing a clear and engaging path that complements the content.
To showcase ISI Global’s expertise, we designed a ‘Journal’ blog with a magazine-style layout, allowing them to present their thought leadership, insights, and trends in a visually dynamic way, and giving visitors easy access to high-quality content that demonstrates their industry authority.
Built on a flexible CMS, the site allows ISI Global’s marketing team to easily update and scale content. Whether it’s launching new projects or sharing insights, the CMS ensures that the site remains adaptable to their evolving needs, making it a long-term, scalable solution for their digital marketing strategy.
