We created a new brand concept for a property management software company.
Trace Solutions are a property management software company based in London. They were established over 20 years ago and their software is used by some of the largest brands in retail, leisure and more.
Trace approached KOTA to create a new platform with a brand concept that showcased their market-leading alternative take on property management. We were challenged to create a website that totally transcended the category of property management and software in general. We needed to show how established and unique the company was by differentiating them from all their competitors.

Our Approach
This software website was designed primarily as a sales tool for users to be able to find key information swiftly, enquire about the software and capabilities, and to build excitement around the brand. We used clearly signposted sections to streamline the experience and created exciting surreal collage visuals to add some unique engagement.
The concept behind our surreal collages was simple, Trace software can handle any kind of property, even the most surreal “Outside of the box” properties. We artworked collages with orange peel high rises, floating sprout flats and banana ski slopes, pairing them with vintage photography of people to showcase the human side of it all.
