Tribepad are a B2B, Saas recruitment software provider based in Sheffield, who have been growing steadily for the last few years. They provide talent acquisition software to some of the best-known companies such as Tesco, BBC and Pizza Hut. They do so by using all the latest tech including video and AI to deliver an amazing experience to candidates, hiring managers and recruiters. Tribepad approached KOTA to design and build a website that was optimised for search, looked modern, responsive and had an excellent user experience. The quality of the site needed to reflect the quality of their products and services.
We took the decision to use a fully functional page builder approach that would give Tribepad the flexibility to build their own pages. To do so we needed to create a pool of components, each with the flexibility to work everywhere on the site. We came up with a streamlined user experience that communicated product features and benefits in an engaging way, educating the different types of visitors through informative content and software illustrations. We also wanted to increase brand awareness and create a point of difference within the industry, whilst telling Tribepad's story and proposition. What makes Tribepad different to other recruitment companies is their people first approach, “People first, product second, profits third”. The idea of offering a personal service needed to be reflected on their website, to do so we used people imagery and cut out photography humanising the website.
